The CCN1 & Appliances Initial Package Course is designed for gas engineers who are obtaining their domestic ACS accreditation for the first time or whose previous domestic ACS certification has lapsed for over 12 months.
The ACS renewal is ideal for individuals who have previously completed the qualification and whose certificate hasn’t expired beyond the 12-month expiration from the issue date.

Our Training Programs
The CCN1 & Appliances Initial Package Course
- Core Domestic Gas Safety (CCN1) assessment training includes:
- Combustion fundamentals, relevant pressures, and gas rate calculations
- Understanding and handling gas pipework
- Performing tightness testing and purging for both low and medium pressure systems
- Identifying and testing chimney systems
- Ensuring proper ventilation
- Operating and understanding gas controls – Conducting flue gas analysis
